FixIt Bay City puts the ability to resolve issues in your community in the palm of your hand. Citizens can now simply point, click and submit issues they want their City to resolve such as blight issues, pot holes and road issues, or any other vandalism and nuisance problems concerning the citizens of Bay City. The app will allow users to submit issues along with an optional picture and exact location of the problem directly from your Android or Apple device to the appropriate City department. You also have the ability to receive automatic updates on the status of your request so you can follow the progress of your issue 1st hand, or on the City’s website.
