A bio-mechanical electro neural synapse transmission zero locator, commonly referred to as a Neuralyzer is a top-secret device used by MiB.
It is an application developed on Android platform aiming to entertain people who watched one of the movies (or didn't, but herd of IT before) MIB - Men in Black.
Those who followed one, or the MIB - Men in Black movie series will remember. In it, the characters use a device known as Neuralyzer, where it will flash to erase the people's memories.
But wait! The app will not really erase the memory of anyone, but is a great way to have fun with the gang, saying that their memories will be erased.
