KungFu Monkey
You are KungFu Monkey, and you have three delicious donuts. You are armed with a pair of nunchuku, and there are hordes of various monkeys that are coming toward you to take your precious donuts! What do you do? Beat them up with your nunchuku, of course!
The gameplay here is relatively simple – just tap the screen at the right time to hit the enemies with your nunchuku, and do it fast enough to defend your donuts. Think of the donuts as your life – once they’re depleted, it’s game over!
The concept is simple, but you’d be surprised at how hard it can be. You are presented with regular speed monkeys, even quicker smaller monkeys, and giant but slow monkeys that take more hits to get rid of.
Watch out! They’ll be everywhere, and coming at you fast. Your goal is to get rid of as many as possible before it’s game over. And try not to miss, because if you do then you get stunned for a quick second, but in this game, every second counts.
There is ScoreLoop integration, with achievements galore. Though it seems to just be achievements for getting certain amount of points or defeating however-many monkeys – kind of bland achievements. But look, donuts!
This is an excellent pick-up-and-play game, since there’s virtually no loading time when you start a game. The pace is quick and you can easily put the game down if you need to. It’s a great time killer but at the same time a great test of your KungFu Monkey endurance.
Simple concept, challenging game. So pick up your nunchuku and get ready to defend your donuts!
