Anyone who feeds on the low carb diet would like to know which foods contain only a few carbohydrates. With this app you will find food with a very low carbohydrate content. We have only included food in the low carb list that do not contain more than 10 grams of carbohydrates per 100 grams.
Please note that the carbohydrate content can fluctuate from food. An early fruit harvested, for example, has a smaller sugar content than a full -ripe fruit. Therefore, we used a medium values in this app.
