With VetOnline24 you can talk to a veterinarian anytime, anywhere you are.
Running the application you can easily get started from the welcome screen just by clicking on the “call now” button.
From there you can register with your personal details and log-in or, or directly with facebook.
It will be then necessary to accept privacy and conditions for use (which you can read by clicking on the links provided), personal details, sensitive data and promotional intents (optional) and, clicking on confirm, you can now go on with the video-call.
Next step will be choosing the animal you are calling for (between dog, cat, horse, rabbit, exotic animal, livestock, poultry), select the medical specialization of the veterinarian you need and then choose amongst the available vets the one you want to talk to.
If the credit is missing you will have to buy at least one in order to get the online video-consultancy for 10 euro (it will also be possible to buy packages of calls), the method of payment is with credit card
It is now possible to start the video-consultancy. The veterinarians will have an adequate internet connection that will enable them to offer you a perfectly working service; but if you want to experience the best service possible you will need to have access to a good connection too (wifi or 3G/4G).
Once the call is over, choosing between a minimum of 1 and up to 5 stars, you can give your feedback on the veterinarian you spoke to and on the service received.
