Get a notification when the wind is strong enough, from the right direction, during the right time of day at your favourite sailing/surfing spot ... a reminder that you have other fun priorities to pursue!
Once set, this app works in the background of your device regularly checking out Australian Bureau of Meteorology (BOM) data (every 10 mins) and triggering a notification if the wind is greater than the minimum speed you choose and from one of the directions you choose for at least the last 20 minutes. It only does this in certain hours of the day that you have selected.
At this time you can select from all the relatively maritime BOM stations in Australia, one of which will be at least fairly representative of your favourite spot. You can also search for nearby BOM stations.
You shouldn't need to be told twice! After triggering a notification, the app then takes the rest of the day off, but starts looking again tomorrow.
