With "Legal Organizer" you can store data from all your practices, useful contacts and keep note of all commitments on your smartphone thanks to a useful agenda. You will also have the opportunity to set notifications to remember your deadlines.
Functions:
• Practical archive: Insert, modify or delete the practices you deal with. Through the "Mail" button it is possible to send the summary of the practice (general info, practical state) to an email address. In each practice you can insert
◦ General information: practical title, object, judicial office, role number, judge name
◦Events such as deadlines, commitments and hearings. During the creation of events it is possible to set up a notification on the phone as a reminder (check the "Setting Skis" box and select date and time of notification)
◦ Continue relating to the practice and divided into 5 different categories: parties, counterparties, lawyers, consultants, offices. By clicking on a contact you can use it to call or send emails (only if the contact is present in the phone book)
◦Note: possibility of inserting notes or taking photos
Practical state: for each practice it is possible to register the state and the activities undertaken. The possible states of the practice are divided into different categories; The categories inserted in the app are "extrajudicial", "judicial", "execution", "appeal by injunction", "lease". The user has the opportunity to insert personalized categories using the "Add category" button.
• Agenda: keeps note of all the events entered, also reporting to which practice they refer.
The agenda is synchronized with the Google Calendar connected to the main account of the device.
• Notes: you can store short notes. Useful when you need to mention information quickly.
• Contacts: global list of all contacts relating to the EE activity divided into 5 different categories: parties, counterparties, lawyers, consultants, offices. By clicking on a contact you can use it to call or send emails (only if the contact is present in the phone book)
• Tools: functions for the storage and archiving of elements useful for carrying out the activity
◦Foto: taking photos of documents, minutes, things and people
◦Recorder: record conversations and sounds
◦Galleria: review the photos taken
◦Rivalutations: This tool allows you to calculate the legal interests and Istat revaluations of a specific capital (in euros). The revaluations are performed according to the Foi Istat index without tobacco. The Istat index considered part since 1996.
• Data: Management and security of data:
◦backup: Create a backup file on the SDCARD to safeguard the stored data (files stored in the "Legal Organization_backup" folder))
◦Ripristino: use a backup file to restore data. By touching the email icon you can send the data file to any email address (useful for transferring data to other Android devices)
° Dropbox: Take advantage of the power of Dropbox to synchronize your data among multiple android arranges. A free dropbox account is sufficient. By sharing an account between multiple users you can update the data of all devices of the law firm.
◦Reset data: delete all data.
